Act of Contrition
Oh my God,
I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee,
and I detest all my sins,
because I dread the loss of Heaven and the pains of Hell,
but most of all because they offend Thee, my God,
Who art all good and deserving of all my love.

to confess all my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life.

O Lord, make me know my end.

that I may know what is wanting to me.
Behold thou hast made my days measureable:
and my substance is as nothing before thee.

And Isaac and Ismael his sons buried him in a double cave,

the son of Seor the Hethite, over against Mambre.
Which he had bought of the chilren of Heth:
there was he buried, and Sara his wife.
